Restigouche Golf
& Country Club is an 18-hole, 5641 Yard Ladies Par 73,
Mens Par 70 golf course and has a slope rating of 126.
From the course is a magnificent view of the Restigouche and
Appalachian mountain range. The Golf Club offers tee times
for members as well as Guests, licensed bar, full canteen
services. Club rentals are available as well as rentals of
pull and motorized carts, and a fully equipped Pro shop, licensed
bar and canteen are also on site.
C.P.G.A Golf Pro
is available for lessons by appointment.

Restigouche
Driving Range
A short drive west
from Dalhousie on Route 134 is the Restigouche Driving Range,
the place to improve your golf game. Grab yourself a bucket
of golf balls and get your swing up to par on 260 yards of
fairway. The prices are very reasonable and golf clubs are
available. The driving range is open seven days a week, from
10am until dark.

Gymtec
Gymtec, a recently
built gym in Dalhousie, is for people of all ages. Whatever
your goals are, the friendly staff will help you achieve them.
The friendly and qualified stall will evaluate your physical
fitness, give you a training program based on your capacities
and follow-up on your progress. Gymtec also offers different
programs specially made to fit your needs.

Inch
Arran Ice Palace Arena
A newly renovated
arena with its heated interior and comfortable seating hosts
numerous events and large hockey tournaments. Also available
in the arena are two fully licensed bars.
This Arena is heated
with excellent seating and hosts many activities during the
year. A portable, state of the art floor cover enables activities
such as boxing to be held year-round. Inch Arran Ice Palace
hosted boxing during the 2003 Canada Winter Games.
Moosehead Rangers
The Dalhousie Moosehead
Rangers are our local hockey team. These Senior B players
wear the Rangers logo and their blue, red and white jersey
with pride. Their many fans flock to their home ice, the Inch
Arran Ice Palace, to cheer them on during the season. Go RANGERS
! !

NB
Trails

NB Trail will be
a 2000-km multi-purpose all season recreational trail connecting
communities throughout the province. There are numerous trails
in the area that are ideal for hiking, cycling, horseback
riding, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling (where permitted).
Presently, the NB trail in Dalhousie stretches out for 7 km,
but construction is underway to complete the trail, which
will connect Bathurst and Campbellton. The trail winds through
industrial, urban and forested areas of Dalhousie while maintaining
a view of the Bay of Chaleur, Restigouche River and Appalachian
Mountains. The trail provides access to the top of Dalhousie
Mountain, where the view is breathtaking and one can see for
kilometers in all directions.
